Commence Corporation provides Customer Relationship Management software and processes customer information to fulfill requests for products or services. We collect account and contract information which may vary by customer based on the services utilized by the customer. We may share personal information with vendors and service processors only to provide services that we offer. These partners agree to maintain the confidentiality and security of personal information they maintain on our behalf and not to use it for any purpose other than that specifically directed by Commence Corporation. You may at any time update, modify or delete the information you have submitted to Commence Corporation. If you cancel your account or discontinue utilization some data may be retained in archive or back up records.
