It is because I run a CRM software company that is experiencing many of the concerns above, however there is one other area that is on my mind and the minds of our customers every day and that is improving sales execution.
Let’s face it, without sales you do not have a business – you cannot invest in new products and services, pay your staff, or properly service your customers.
